Fernando Solano, DDS
Dr. Fernando Solano earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with and emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University in 1998. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 2002. He then completed his Specialty Certificate in Endodontics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (Rutgers School of Dental Medicine) in 2004. Dr. Solano’s graduate research has been published in the Journal of Endodontics.

Dr. Solano is an active member of the American Association of Endodontics, the California Dental Association and the Sacramento District Dental Society.

He has been married to his wife Kristin for over 22 years. They are proud parents of four boys. He enjoys skiing, golfing, photography, playing the ukulele and spending time with the family.

Dr. Solano is also fluent in Spanish.

Philip Hankins, DDS, MS
Dr. Philip Hankins grew up in rural Minnesota and did his undergraduate study at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He attended dental school at the University of Minnesota, graduating ninth in his class of 1988. Endodontic specialty training was also at the University of Minnesota.  A certificate in endodontics and a masters degree was awarded in 1990. 

After graduation, Dr Hankins and his wife Liz moved to Sacramento. They are now busy with three kids and two dogs. Dr. Hankins enjoys cycling, working on old cars and building things in his shop.
