What’s Happening at Sunrise MarketPlace

The following activities are now allowable in the amended Public Health Order as listed in Appendix B of the​ Order, provided they have implemented the required health and safety protocols outlined in Appendix A of the Order:

• Nail salons
• Tattoo parlors
• Massage therapy
• Estheticians​
• Waxing
• Body art
• Piercing

The Health Order also acknowledges the state’s new guidance on face coverings. The Order supersedes previous orders and is in effect until it is rescinded or amended by the Sacramento County Health Officer.

The best defense against COVID-19 continues to be:

• Staying at home and physical distancing
• Wearing a face covering
• Washing hands frequently
• Avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
• Avoiding being around people with COVID-19 symptoms

Face coverings required in public spaces

Cloth face coverings or masks help reduce the spread of coronavirus, especially when combined with physical distancing and frequent hand washing. Starting June 18, Californians must wear face coverings in common and public indoor spaces and outdoors when distancing is not possible. Learn more about the guidance and limited exceptions here.
