Michelle C. Bartolome, DMD
Dr. Bartolome believes that in order to provide her patients with the highest level of quality dentistry, she has to stay committed to her own educational pursuits. Dr. Bartolome grew up in the Greater Sacramento Area. She graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Sacramento. With honors, she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where she was the Recipient of the Award for Excellence in Clinical and Patient Management. Since then, Dr. Bartolome has attended extensive courses in the aspects of tooth prep design, Invisalign, restorative dentistry, and oral conscious sedation. Her commitment to excellence and her passion for cosmetic dentistry compelled her to take cosmetic dentistry courses from the renowned California Center for Advanced Dental Studies.

William H. Swearingen, DDS
Dr. Swearingen grew up in Northern California. He went through high school in Red Bluff and graduated from the University of California at San Francisco Dental School in 1975.

In order to be an even better dentist, he followed that with an optional residency program at Balboa Hospital in San Diego. He then practiced family dentistry in the U.S. Navy for four years while stationed at Atsugi, Japan on a US Naval Air Base.

In 1980, he began his civilian career in Citrus Heights and has been practicing there ever since. Dr. Swearingen has developed a flourishing dental practice founded on providing dental care of the highest quality. He has always far exceeded all requirements for continuing education and in recent years has taken numerous courses at the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies. As a result, he has established himself as one of a select group of dentists in Northern California able to provide state-of-the-art cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Swearingen is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (1-800-543-9220) as well as a member of the Sacramento District Dental Society.

Dr. Swearingen resides with his wife, Robyn, in Granite Bay, California. They enjoy many activities together and are loyal Sacramento Kings fans. They especially enjoy their relationships with their children and grandchildren.

Dr. Swearingen enjoys his profession tremendously and often says he “would do it for nothing if it were possible”.
