Sunrise MarketPlace & Artificial Grass Depot Spring “GREEN” Giveaway

This contest is hosted by Sunrise MarketPlace and sponsored by Artificial Grass Depots. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents 18 years or older who live within a 20-mile radius of the intersection of Greenback Lane and Sunrise Boulevard, Citrus Heights, California at the time of entry. Entrants must own the residential property where installation will occur or have written permission from the property owner. Employees, contractors, and immediate family or household members of Artificial Grass Depots are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period
The contest runs from February 1, 2026 through March 16, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. Participants must complete the official entry form on the Sunrise MarketPlace website during the Contest Period. All required fields must be completed in full. Incomplete or inaccurate entries may be disqualified. All entries must be original, respectful, and may not contain offensive content, profanity, or copyrighted material.

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive up to 200 square feet of installed luxury artificial grass using Sponsor’s turf products.

Prize includes:

• Turf material up to 200 sq. ft.
• Standard installation labor for an accessible, ground-level residential area
• Standard base preparation and installation supplies

Prize does not include unless approved in writing by Sponsor:

• Removal or haul-away of concrete, asphalt, or decking
• Major grading, drainage correction, retaining walls, irrigation repair, electrical work, or hardscape
• Permits, HOA approvals, or special assessments
• Rooftops, stairs, steep slopes, or restricted-access areas
• Work outside Sponsor’s normal service area or schedule availability

Any square footage beyond 200 sq. ft. is the winner’s responsibility at Sponsor’s then-current pricing. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,500 (actual value may vary based on site conditions).

5. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced on March 17, 2026 (St. Patrick’s Day) and will be contacted directly by Artificial Grass Depots via email or phone using the information provided at registration. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Installation Requirements
Installation must occur at a single residential property within Sponsor’s service area and is subject to scheduling availability.

The winner must:

• Provide access for site measurement and installation
• Sign Sponsor’s standard installation agreement and required waivers
• Obtain any required HOA approvals or permits
• Complete installation within 30 days of winner verification, unless extended in writing by Sponsor

7. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to photograph and/or video the property before, during, and after installation and to participate in a brief testimonial or interview. Sponsor may use the winner’s first name, city, likeness, voice, and images for marketing and promotional purposes. Reasonable cooperation is required. If a winner declines required publicity participation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or non-compliant with these rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if technical issues, fraud, or other factors compromise the integrity of the promotion.

9. Release of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sunrise MarketPlace, Artificial Grass Depots, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance and use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

10. Privacy
Information collected will be used solely for contest administration, winner selection, and prize fulfillment and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.

11. Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced on March 17, 2026 and contacted directly by Artificial Grass Depots.
