    The Farmer’s Market is considered an essential service and the Sunrise Mall Farmers Market is taking extra precautions to keep it a safe and enjoyable environment. Please help us as we work diligently to maintain social distancing at the market.

    Changes at the market:

    • Vendors will be spaced 10′ apart between farmers
    • Vendor booths will be set up on one side only to avoid crowded aisles
    • New signage will be at each vendor booth
    • A handwashing booth is available for all customers
    • Hand sanitizer is available at each vendor booth
    • Distancing is marked by each vendor

    How you can help:
    Please do not come to the market if you are not feeling well
    Maintain the 6′ distancing at all times – even if you run into your old college roommate
    Do not bring pets to the market at this time – we love your pets and can’t wait to welcome them back when this is over
    Don’t touch any product that you don’t intend to purchase
    After you are finished with your purchases please exit the market area to avoid overcrowding.
    GOV. NEWSOM OUTLINES FOUR STAGES FOR STATE REOPENING

    Governor Newsom outlined four stages for the gradual reopening of the state.

    Stage 1: Safety and Preparedness – This will include building out testing, hospital capacity, and making essential workplaces safe as possible.

    Stage 2: Lower Risk Workplaces – This will include retail, manufacturing, offices (when telework is not possible), and more public spaces.

    Stage 3: Higher Risk Workplaces – This will include personal care (hair/nail salons, gyms), movie theaters, sports without live audiences, and in-person religious services.

    Stage 4: End of Stay-At-Home Order – This will include mass gatherings such as: concerts, convention centers, live audience sports.
